Teaching and Creative education
Sally started her teaching career at Access Creative (formally Access to Music) when she was running Decibelle Music Agency. She was asked to be a guest speaker on two occasions and then offered a job as Vocal Tutor in 2001.
By 2002 she was promoted to Programme Leader running the Vocal Artist Programme with her colleague Jules Ashton.
Their efforts were so successful that they were awarded Programme Of The Year in 2002 by patron George Martin. Jules and Sally remain great friends and Jules currently leads the Vocal Artist programme
Specialising in Vocals, Performance and Music Business, Sally combined teaching and management responsibilities culminating in her current position as Delivery and Performance Manager for the Bristol site.
Sally said of her Access Creative career, "It's been a privilege to work with future generations of creative people and pass on the knowledge, tips and tricks helpful for maintaining a thriving creative career. So many of those I have known as students are doing amazing things now and are intrinsic to the South West and national creative industries."
Lady Nade is one such Access Creative success story who has forged a career as a critically acclaimed singer songwriter, music teacher and mentor.
