Uncle Colin & Randy Newman
It was lovely to spend time with my inspirational Uncle Colin in August. He is such an incredible music fan and expert, it's just a joy to talk to him and even better to perform together one of his favourite songs, Randy Newman's 'I Think it's Gonna Rain Today'.
Really enjoyed supporting Lady Nade at her SOLD OUT 'Safe Place' album launch event at The Southbank Club in Southville on Sunday 29th September.
It was great to work with Dan Everett (http://danieleverett.co.uk/) and Holly Carter (https://www.facebook.com/hollycartermusic/).
I worked with Rob Barnaville 'guitar maestro' in April, performing The Cure's 'Love Song'. at the stunning venue 'Polhawn Fort in Cornwall '. Rob is known for evoking passion via his music, through his unique fingerstyle guitar playing. His compositions will take you on an beautiful journey. Check him out on FB
July with Anders Olinder
Very happy to report that I am studio bound in July and will making music once again with the sublimely talented Anders Olinder. Cannot wait!
'I first worked with Anders gigging and touring with The Federation. Later we did lots of trio gigs together playing Jazz standards and originals. It was always brilliant to work with him as he's such an incredible player (and hilarious...)'
Listen out for more on this over the summer.
